We want you to feel confident and sexy in your Frederick's of Hollywood® purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items with original tags in the original packaging, including the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
